Steve's Hot Dogs Honey Chipotle Barbecue

It all began in St. Louis in 2011. Steve Ewing, frontman for the band The Urge, opened his hot dog stand - a humble spot to satisfy concert goers' late-night cravings. Steve's Hot Dogs quickly grew from a cart to a successful restaurant known worldwide - and the home of the Official Hot Dog of St. Louis.

The Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce is sweet and spicy with just the right kick of Adobo Chipotles to wake up any dish. The sauce became a customer favorite at Steve's Hot Dogs when it was developed it for the Bacon Bacon Jamaican hot dog recipe. Today, it is a popular staple for many Steve's Hot Dogs fans - available in the shop and in stores around Missouri and Illinois.
