Steve's Hot Dogs on Delmar is looking for ROCKSTAR Front of House talent to help us create an amazing customer experience for everyone who visits Steve's Hot Dogs. Anyone applying for this role does need to be 21.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be focused on creating an incredible customer experience

  • Be social, gregarious, outgoing and empathetic, focused on anticipating customer needs

  • Be a team player - willing to work collaboratively with other team members to increase food and drink sales through excellent anticipatory service

  • Have a demonstrated history of being a reliable team player

This role is paid $11/hour as a base and will receive a generous share of pooled house tips. Increased income can be realized through helping us with promotions, by providing stellar customer service - and through cross-training and achieving various certifications. Health insurance is available for full time employees after 90 days. One week of paid vacation is provided after 1 year (based on average hours worked over previous year).

There is also an opportunity to earn EXTRA income working at our Enterprise, CityPark and Dome locations.
